We ask guests to please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. For example, a dress or dress pants for women, and a button-down shirt with dress pants or a sport coat for men. Please avoid jeans, shorts, and athletic wear.

When you RSVP, the website will show all people in your party, including any plus-ones. If you have any questions about the guests in your party, please reach out to the bride or groom.

We recommend booking accommodations at the Wisconsin Union Hotel at Union South, which is a 15 minute walk from our wedding venue. Reservations also include free parking. We have a limited number of rooms reserved, which you can book from our Travel page. Please book before May 11th.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early (around 3:00 PM), and possibly earlier if you plan to drive and park near the venue. Parking options are very limited, so if you are driving, we recommend allowing plenty of time to find parking and walk to the venue.

Enter the Memorial Union from Langdon Street, then take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Then, follow signs for Tripp Commons.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail reception will take place outdoors on the Tripp Deck. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors, but the deck will still be open if you'd like a breath of fresh air.

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please silence and stow all phones and cameras during our ceremony and do not take any pictures or video. We’ve hired a professional photographer who will capture the moments, and we promise to share the photos with everyone afterward. Thank you!

Yes — drinks will be served throughout the evening. Wine, soda, and beer (including Spotted Cow on tap) will be complimentary; mixed drinks will be available for purchase.

Yes, our venue provides high-chairs. Booster seats are unfortunately not available. If you need a high-chair for your child, please reach out to the bride or groom.
